In line with the vision of CRA’s redevelopment strategy for the major corridors of the City and the City of Riviera Beach as a whole. The Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is introducing our Commercial Grant Program. The program has two distinct initiatives; Property Improvement Incentive Program and Beautification Incentive Program. Both programs are focused on eliminating blighted structures within the CRA boundary and incentivizing commercial property owners to make improvements which will improve the overall esthetics and value of the commercial properties in Riviera Beach.
